摘要
在社会转型的背景下，“非直接利益冲突”成为阶段我国社会矛盾的一种新形式。它与构建和谐社会的理念背道而驰，如果不加以控制，会严重影响社会的稳定。本文从“非直接利益冲突”问题的界定入手，剖析了问题出现的原因，并结合实际提出了减少“非直接利益冲突”的对策建议。
Under the background of social transformation, the problem of ＂conflict of non-direct interests＂ becomes a new form of social contradictory at this stage, which is run from the idea of constructing a harmonious society. If dose not perform to control, it would seriously influence the stability of our society. This article starts with the definition of ＂conflict of non-direct interests＂, and then analyzes the main reasons, finally puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the occurrence of this problem.
