摘要
在对网络思想教育的特点及其带来的机遇与挑战分析的基础上,从强化网络舆论导向、应用网络即时通讯技术、丰富网络思想教育的内容三方面对创新辅导员工作进行探讨。
This article first gives an analysis of the characteristics of network ideological education and the opportunities and challenges it brings along,then discusses how to innovate college counselors＇ work through strengthened guidance of network public opinion,application of network instant messaging technology and diversified network ideological education content.
