摘要
研究了液相压力对泡沫分离过程中气泡直径及分布和泡沫分离效果的影响.以牛血清蛋白(BSA)的分离过程为例,采用摄像法测量气泡直径,考察了液相压力和液相高度对分离过程气泡大小及分布和分离效果的影响.结果表明当泡沫分离塔内液相压力的增加时,不同轴向高度处气泡直径逐渐减小并且气泡粒径分布逐渐变窄;液相压力和液相高度的增加也强化了牛血清蛋白的吸附过程,随着液相压力和液相高度的增加,最终分离的富集比回收率均有提高,在最优条件下,牛血清蛋白的富集比和回收率分别为6.73和76.5%.
The effects of pressure of bulk liquid phase and liquid height on bubble size distributions and separation of bovine serum albumin in a bubble column were studied taking the separation process of bovine serum albumin(BSA) as an example.The bubble sizes were measured by photographing method.The results showed that with the increased pressure in the column,the average diameter of bubble in the column decreased and the distribution of bubble diameter became narrower;the recovery rate and the enrichment rate increased with the increased liquid pressure and the liquid height,Therefore the increased liquid pressure and liquid height have strengthened the process of BSA adsorption.Under the optimum conditions,the recovery rate was 76.5% and the enrichment was 6.73.
