摘要
大学生就业是目前全社会都关注的一个话题,如何应对严峻的就业形势,促进大学生最大限度的就业,成为我国政治和社会生活中的一件大事.从企业对大学生就业能力的要求出发,分析大学生就业能力的构成,从大学生感知角度出发分析就业能力与就业满意度的关联关系,从而指导大学生本人和学校通过相关途径提高大学生的就业能力和就业满意度.
The employment for college students is a topic concerned on the whole society.How to deal with the severe employment situation to promote maximum employment for college students becomes a major event in our political and social life.In this paper,the composition of the employment ability of college students is analyzed from the requirements of enterprise to employment ability of college students.And the relationship of employment ability and employment satisfaction degree is analyzed from the view of college students perception.It will guide students and colleges to improve the employment ability and employment satisfaction degree of college students.
