摘要
论述了我国传统养生术给予我们的思想启示,即养生保健既要顺应自然,又应发挥主观能动作用,做到内外齐养,形神兼修,动静结合,劳逸结合,把握中和之道等等。
The traditional method of our country in cultivating sound health provides us with a lot of profitable inspiration. It claims that in the cultivation of good health one should not only obey the natural principles,but also exercise his subjective dynamics.Namely,one should do it in a neutral way by striking a balance between body and mind, flesh and soul, movement and stillness, and lastly, work and rest.
