摘要
近年来,随着人们生活方式的改变和健康意识的增强,有关体育与养生的文献逐年增多,但说法不一,有“养生体育”、“体育养生”、“运动养生”、“传统养生体育”等。本文在学习和借鉴相关文献的基础上,以体育为立足点,结合现代社会的需求及人们生活的需要提出绿色养生,即指按照因人、因时、因地而异的原则,参与者通过体育活动达到养心、养神、养形的一种保健方法。并且还涉及了绿色养生的特点及应遵循的基本原则。
Recently, the articles concerning sports and preserving -health, as the change of people' s life style and their strong sense of health, have been increasing year after year. But the calls aren't consistent, e.g. keeping-health physical education, sports preserving -health, traditional keeping-health. The author, on the basis of studying and uses related materials for reference, chooses sports as the stand and puts forward green preserving-health by the social needs and people' s demand of life. It is a way of health care that participants, according to the principle on the basis of different people, different time, different places, carry physical movements so as to maintain heart and preserve spirit and keep body. In addition, its traits and basic kept principles are mentioned in the article.
