ROC曲线分析高场磁共振与多层螺旋CT对胰腺癌侵犯血管的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高场磁共振与多层螺旋CT对胰腺癌术前判断血管侵犯的诊断价值。方法:胰腺癌33例,根据胰腺癌与周围血管的关系,分析高场磁共振与多层螺旋CT对胰腺癌侵犯血管的评估价值。结果:经手术证实有动脉侵犯4例(12.1%),静脉侵犯8例(24.2%)。多层螺旋CT对血管侵犯判断的ROC曲线下面积大于高场MR。结论:多层螺旋CT对于胰腺癌血管侵犯的评估优于高场磁共振。
