摘要
基于大学生职业生涯规划现状,综合运用职业决策自我效能、团体辅导、积极心理学、生涯发展相关理论,设计大学生职业决策自我效能团体咨询方案,以提高大学生的职业决策自我效能,提升其就业核心竞争力。
Based on career planning status career of college students,the paper make comprehensive use of self-efficacy,group counseling,positive psychology,career development theories and other related theories in career decision-making to design the group counseling program,to improve students＇ self-efficacy in career decision making and to enhance its core competitive employment force.
