摘要
基于部分大学生缺乏生涯规划,本着系统化、口语化、体验式的原则,在综合运用有关生涯发展理论的基础上,设计大学生生涯规划团体心理辅导方案,增强学生培养自我认识和管理的意识,帮助学生更好地规划人生。
Focusing on the systematization, informalization and experimentation, the paper designs the project of the psychological assistance to the undergraduate＇s career layout on the pupose of enhancing their abifities of self-awareness and administration.
