摘要
区域竞争力与可持续发展能力源于完善的区域创新系统，而社会资本在区域创新系统的形成完善中发挥着重要作用，是区域发展的核心竞争优势。文章首先社会资本的概念进行理论梳理，随后系统分析了区域社会资本在区域创新系统中的作用，从理论和实践两个方面证明了区域社会资本在区域创新系统中的关键地位。
Regional competitiveness and sustainable development ability arise from the developed regional innovation system, and social capital plays an important role in the formation and perfecting, which is the core competitive edge in regional development. The paper firstly analyzes the concept of social capital in theory, and then systematically application of the regional social capital to the regional innovation system, so proving the key position of the regional social capital in the regional innovation system from both theoretical and practical aspects.
