摘要
为了进一步研究中国上市公司高管薪酬制度的合理性,以2006—2009年沪深A股上市公司年报数据为研究样本,运用多元回归分析方法对上市企业高管薪酬与企业绩效相关性进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:企业高管薪酬总额与企业绩效存在着正相关关系;企业高管薪酬总额受企业规模和国有股比例影响显著;高管人员持有的股份比例与企业绩效存在正相关关系;市场价值指标将比会计利润指标与其他变量的相关性更强。
In order to further study the rationality of the listed company executive compensation system in China,with the A-share listed company annual report data of Shanghai and Shenzhen in China from the year 2006 to 2009.The empirical study of the correlation between listed companies executive compensation and corporate performance is analyzed by the empirical study and multiple regression analysis method in this paper.The research results indicate that there exists a positive correlation among the total amount of company executive compensation and corporate performance;the executive total pay is obviously subject to the enterprise scale and the proportion of the state-owned shares;there exists a positive correlation reaction between the share proportion held by the company executive compensation;and the market value index has stronger correlation with other variables than accounting profit index.
