上市公司高层管理人员薪酬与企业业绩关系的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以我国高层管理人员薪酬与企业业绩间的关系作为研究对象,采用多元线性回归分析方法,对高层管理人员薪酬与企业业绩间的关系进行实证研究,并得出了相应的结论。
