连续非恒定噪音诱导建立大鼠听源性高血压模型 被引量:4

Using Continuous Non-Constant Noise Induced by Audiogenic Rat Model of Hypertension

摘要 环境噪音对血压的影响日趋被大家所重视,本实验使用连续非恒定噪音的方法来诱导建立听源性高血压动物模型。采用在隔音室中利用发音器对3月龄SD雄性大鼠实施噪音刺激,连续刺激90 d,同时观察并记录其血压、血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及脑血管的变化。结果表明,对大鼠实施噪音刺激后其血压明显升高(P<O.01),同时,实验组有35%大鼠发生脑血管病变出血现象,实验组大鼠血浆NO含量低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组ET-1含量高于对照组(P<0.01)。说明连续非恒定噪音方法能有效的复制听源性高血压动物模型,为高血压研究提供模型基础。 The impact of noise on blood pressure is increasingly valued by everyone.In this study,to establisha animal model of continuous non-constant audiogenic hypertension and using the method of continuous non-constant noise.In the soundproof room with the use of sound devices on the 3 months old SD male rats approach the implementation of noise stimulation,continuous stimulation for 90 days.To observed and recorded blood pressure,plasma NO,plasma endothelin(ET) and cerebral vascular changes.The results show:After the implementation of the noise stimulation in rats,experimental group compared with control compared,blood pressure increased significantly(P0.01).Meanwhile,the experimental group were found 35%of the rats of cerebral vascular disease bleeding. Plasma NO levels in experimental group than control group(P0.01),and ET content higher than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion that continuous non-constant noise can effectively replication of animal disease model of hearing induced hypertension.
