摘要
当前,网络正越来越深入地渗透到政治、经济、文化和社会生活的各个方面,网络安全问题日益受到关注,在分析网络安全形势和网络安全威胁因素的基础上,提出了发展网络安全技术、构建网络安全法律保障体系、推进网络文明建设以及加强网络安全国际合作等有关建议。
At present,the network is penetrating more and more into political,economic,cultural and social life,thus the network security problem receives more attention day by day.With the analysis of network security situation and the network security threat factor＇s foundation,the paper discusses the development of network security technology,building network security system of legal safeguard,promoting network civilization,and strengthening international cooperation in cybersecurity recommendations.
