摘要
制定"十二五"发展规划是学校发展的一项重要工作。"十二五"期间学校如何起步,走向哪里,关键取决于有没有一个先进、可信、可靠、可行的"十二五"规划。"十二五"规划是关系着我校未来五年发展的奋斗目标和行动纲领。因此,我们必须按照科学发展观的要求,分析形势,深入调研;以宽阔的视野、科学的精神、求实的态度和务实的作风来认真对待。发展规划要关注的面很广,而其中思想认识、发展目标、人才队伍、专业建设、人才培养、学校文化等一些问题又是特别重要的,有必要进行认真的思考,以便更好地统一思想。
Drawing up ＂1025＂ development plan is an important task in the development of the school.In the period of ＂1025＂,the school ought to decide how to start and where to go,which is based on whether it has advanced,credible,reliable and practical ＂1025＂ planning,and it is related to the future five-year development goals and the action plan of our school.Therefore,we must do in accordance with the requirements of the scientific development concept,analyze the current situation and deepen the investigation,which should be taken seriously with a kind of wide view,scientific spirit and realistic attitude and practical style.And development planning should be concerned with wide aspects,among which the ideological understanding,development target,talent cultivation and school culture are particularly important.It is necessary to conduct serious thinking in order to unify thought better.
