摘要
根据半导体激光器的特性,设计了一种单片机控制的半导体激光器电源系统。本系统较大地改进了半导体激光器电源的可靠性,提高了半导体激光器的输出稳定性,延长了激光器的使用寿命。该系统具有性能可靠、精度高、结构简单、成本低廉等优点。
Design of power supply control system for semiconductor laser is presented.With the control system,the performance of the laser＇s reliability,output stability and work life can be improved significantly.In addition,this system is simple,reliable and costless.
