摘要
通过高职院校示范性建设后出现的新特点,分析了实验队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,阐述了加强实验队伍建设是促进高职院校实训基地持续发展的重要条件,提出了相关举措,为高职院校建立高水平、高素质的新型实验教学队伍提供参考。
New characteristics arise in the demonstrative construction.This paper analyzed the present situation and the problem of experiment team construction.Construction of experiment team is important for sustainable development of training base in higher vocational colleges.It proposed some measures and proposals to offer reference for experimental teaching teams construction in higher vocational colleges.
