摘要
首先讲了我国高等教育改革与发展问题。重点介绍了我国《2003～2007年教育振兴行动计划》中的教学质量工程问题,包括教育改革、师资队伍建设、精品课程建设、大学外语教学改革、教学工作评估等内容。其次讲了实验室建设和实验教学改革问题。提出要进一步提高对实验室和实验教学重要性的认识,要理顺实验室管理机构和管理体制,要规范实验教学工作,要关心解决实验人员水平、待遇等问题。最后提出了2004年的几项重要工作。
Firstly, the article narrated the reform of China's higher education and its development. It mainly introduced the teaching quality project of China's Education Vitalization Action Program in 2003~2007, which includes education reform, teachers' team building, refined-courses construction, college foreign language teaching reform, teaching assessment, then, the article concerned the laboratory construction and laboratory teaching reform. It proposed that importance should be further attached to the laboratory and experimental teaching, the laboratory administration and management system should be rationalized, the laboratory teaching work should be normalized, and laboratory staff's condition and benefits should be cared and solved. Finally, some important matters in 2004 were presented.-
