农业的可持续发展问题需要系统地分析。本文阐述了农业系统的结构和环境,并从系统结构与系统环境角度分析了现实系统存在的问题,提出了确保农业可持续发展的政策建议。
The issue of agriculture sustainable developments needs a systematic analysis. This paper expounds the structure and environment of agricultural system.
