摘要
近年来,国内有关农业的可持续发展及其效益评价的研究很多,也很深入。综而观之,主要有以下几种观点:一是农业具有多功能性。二是农业的发展与生态环境建设关系密切。三是应建立农业生态效益评价体系与指标。在此基础上,专家学者们还提出了许多宝贵意见和建议,例如,充分发挥农业的生态功能,建立法制体系,保障农业的生态效应,促进农业的可持续发展,推动社会的全面进步。
In recent years,there are a great number of deeply documents and researches in the field of the sustainable development and beneficial evaluation in agriculture. Take it all in all, mainly having several kinds of viewpoints as follows ： Firstly, the agriculture is muhifunctional . Secondly, there＇ s a close relationship between the development of agriculture and improvement of the ecological environment. Thirdly,it＇ s necessary to build up the appraising index system of agro-ecology beneficial evaluation. Besides, lots of suggestions submitted by expert scholars, are valuable, such as, using the agricultural organism＇ s function sufficiently, building up the legal system, ensuring the agricultural eco-effectiveness and so on,for promoting the sustainable development in agriculture and driving the all-round progress of society.
