摘要
城市交通问题已经成为现代社会尤其是城市社会面临的最大课题之一,智能交通系统被认为是解决日趋恶化的城市交通问题的最有效途径之一。本文介绍了智能交通系统的作用和国外智能交通系统的发展状况,重点阐述了智能交通系统建设中的5个保障措施和需要认真处理的7种关系。
City traffic problem has become one of the biggest subjects which modern society especially urban society confronts,intelligent traffic system is considered one of the most effective ways to solve increasing deterioration city traffic problem.The article introduces the function of intelligent traffic system and the current development situation of intelligent traffic system in foreign countries.It also mainly discusses five safeguard measures and seven relationships that need to be seriously treated.
