摘要 研究多源交通信息动态采集与处理技术与框架结构,实现定点交通流、浮动车、视频等多源数据采集、融合和处理共享,并通过互联网、手机、车载导航、交通电台等多种媒介,实现多样化的交通信息发布和个性化数据需求,以建设交通信息服务平台,从而提高和改善公众出行效率、提高交通管理的综合效率。 By studying the dynamic multi-source traffic information acquisition and processing technology and framework, to achieve fixed-point traffic flow, floating cars, video, multi-source data collection, integration and process sharing, and through the Internet, cell phones, car navigation, traffic radio and other media To achieve a variety of personalized traffic information publishing and data needs in order to build traffic information service platform, to enhance and improve the efficiency of public transportation, improve the overall efficiency of traffic management.
