摘要
研究多源交通信息动态采集与处理技术与框架结构,实现定点交通流、浮动车、视频等多源数据采集、融合和处理共享,并通过互联网、手机、车载导航、交通电台等多种媒介,实现多样化的交通信息发布和个性化数据需求,以建设交通信息服务平台,从而提高和改善公众出行效率、提高交通管理的综合效率。
