摘要
新升格高职院校是职业教育发展的产物,也是我国经济发展的结果。这类高职院校单薄的师资力量严重影响了其人才培养目标的实现,一定程度上限制了自己的发展空间。文章从学习型组织理论和现代人力资源管理理论的角度出发,比较全面地分析了存在的问题,并就此提出了相应的解决思路。
The new upgraded vocational college is not only the product of the development of vocational education,but also the result of China's economic development.The thin teacher resources of such vocational colleges seriously affects the achievement of its personnel training goals,to some extent limits their development.From the learning organization theory and modern human resource management theory perspective,the article has a relatively comprehensive analysis of existing problems and to propose a corresponding solution.
