摘要
采用实时荧光PCR技术检测致敏原小麦成分.试验结果表明:采用小麦管家基因GAG56D和Wx012基因的特异性检测引物和探针进行检测时,26种样品经实时PCR扩增,只有小麦产生阳性的荧光信号,其余样品均不产生荧光信号.灵敏度试验结果表明:该方法对小麦致敏原基因的检测灵敏度较高,可达到1 mg.kg-1,符合痕量检测要求.
To identify wheat in food,a real-time fluorescent PCR assay is performed in this study.The experiment result shows that the primers and probe of GAG56D和Wx012 gene of wheat could specifically identify wheat with 26 kinds of sample.Sensitivities results show that 1 mg·kg^-1 for wheat of food could be detected,and meet the need of trace amount detection.
