应用近端锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折36例 被引量：6

摘要 目的 探讨应用近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效.方法 分析2005年1月～2010年6月使用AO肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折36例的临床资料.结果 术后X线示钢板螺钉位置良好,骨折复位满意.30例获得随访3～26个月,平均15个月.骨折均骨性愈合,未发现肱骨头坏死及腋神经损伤等并发症.肩关节功能按Neer疗效评分标准评定：优23例,良10例,可2例,差1例.优良率91.7%.结论 锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折具有固定牢靠、血运破坏小且术后并发症少等优点,是目前治疗肱骨近端骨折的一种理想的手术方法.
