外固定支架闭合复位治疗肱骨骨折 被引量：2

Treatment of humeral shaft fracture using external fixator with closed reduction

摘要 目的 :探讨外固定支架治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法 :回顾 1 997～ 2 0 0 3年 67例外固定支架治疗肱骨干骨折的临床资料 ,均采用C形臂X线机透视下闭合复位 ,外固定支架固定。结果 :随访 6～ 1 0个月 ,骨折平均愈合时间 3个月 (2～ 6个月 ) ,肩肘关节功能良好 ,术后无 1例桡神经麻痹者。结论 :本手术方法治疗肱骨干骨折有创伤小、操作简单、骨折愈合快。
