摘要
分析了高效液相色谱法、色质联用法、定硫法、光度法测定大蒜素的方法及特点,并对大蒜素的测定方法进行了展望.
Methods and characteristics of determination of the allicin are discussed concerning high performance liquid,combined gas chromatography,mass spectrometry,fixing sulfur measurement,and spectrophotometry.
