摘要
在总结ＸＦＦ秸秆气化机组缺点的基础上，对气化炉、净化系统的结构进行了改进，并进行了试验和运行验证，结果表明，改进后的机组，克服了气化炉和净化系统燃气管道的堵塞等缺点，并改善燃气净化性能，净化后燃气焦油含量比改进前降低了３０％ 。
On the basis of summing up the defect of XFF stalks gasification system,the structures of gasifier and purifying system were improved,tested and verified.The result showed that the pipe blocking problem of gasifier and purifying system of improved structures has been overcome.The purifying property of fuel gas has been improved and its tar content is reduced 30%.
