摘要
生物质秸秆燃气中的木焦油理化性质测试结果及其吸附和凝结特性的对比实验表明 ,生物质秸秆燃气的净化关键在于细小颗粒焦油尘的凝聚。据此 ,本文提出了快速冷凝悬浮净化的技术工艺 ,并研制出YN0 1型生物质燃气净化机 ,样机运行试验表明已克服了目前生物质秸秆燃气净化系统普遍存在的初投资大、设备复杂、净化效率低等缺点 ,有较高的实用价值和推广应用前景。
