摘要
研究晶粒生长抑制剂在硬质合金中的微观行为对于硬质合金晶粒生长抑制机理的研究、晶粒生长抑制剂的选择、合金制备工艺的优化以及合金质量稳定性的控制均具有重要意义。本文作者从过渡族金属碳化物对WC-Co合金中WC晶粒生长的抑制效果、常用晶粒生长抑制剂对WC-Co合金液相温度的影响以及晶粒生长抑制剂在WC-Co合金中的界面偏析行为等方面介绍晶粒生长抑制剂在WC-Co合金中的微观行为,并对晶粒生长抑制剂的选择原则与添加量的确定方法进行探讨。
Investigation on the micro-behaviors of grain growth inhibitors in cemented carbides is very important in the research of the mechanism of grain growth inhibition,the selection of the grain growth inhibitors,and the optimization of preparation technique as well as the controlling of quality stability of cemented carbide.In the present paper,the micro-behaviors of the grain growth inhibitors in cemented carbides are summarized in terms of the effect of transition metal carbides on grain growth inhibition,the effect of commonly employed grain growth inhibitors on the liquidus temperatures and the interface or boundary segregation behaviors of the grain growth inhibitors.The principle of how to optimize the grain growth inhibitors and doped amount is also discussed.
