摘要
设计了激光火工系统检测结构和微弱光信号检测前置放大电路,主要分析了前置放大电路中产生噪声的原因,并讨论了如何处理噪声,提高信噪比。实验测得输入光功率为0.10nW时,检测电路输出电压约为10.5mV,输入光功率小于0.1nW时,检测电路输出电压淹没在噪声中无法分辨,即检测电路的峰值噪声约为10mV。
In this paper, the structure of test system for laser initiation system and pre-amplifier of feeble optical signal detecting were designed. Sources for noise in pre-amplify were mainly analyzed, and methods for eliminating the noise in order to improve the value of signal-to-noise were also discussed. The test results indicated that when input optical power is 0.10nW, the output voltage of detective circuit is 10.5mV, while input optical power is less than 0.10nW, the detective circuit is incapable of distinguishing the output voltage from noise, which means the maximal noise of the detective circuit is approximately 10mV.
