摘要
设计完成了一体式微弱荧光检测器,该检测器可以检测经激发光照射后荧光染料、绿色荧光蛋白等物质发出的微弱荧光信号,由此测得荧光素、绿色荧光蛋白等物质的含量。检测器由光源模块、PN放大模块、采样控制模块和通讯模块组成。应用测试结果表明该检测器能检测1 000个光子的微弱荧光强度变化,精度上可检测3.0 pmol的荧光素,满足一般的微弱荧光检测需求。
A integrated detector is designed and accomplished for weak fluorescence signals,aiming at the detectionof the fluorescence intensity emitted by Fluorescent dyes,Green fluorescent protein or other material. The detectorcan be used to measure the concentration of the Fluorescent dyes,Green fluorescent protein or other material. Thedetector can be made up of several modules,which are the source of light,the amplifier of PN,sampling control unitand the communication unit. Application of the test results show that the detector can detect weak fluorescence inten-sity of 1 000 photons change,3.0 pmol Fluorescein.
