摘要
利用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射、光电子能谱和红外光谱,研究了在小比例、固态混合状态的实际工业化生产条件下,十八胺与硝酸铵的作用机理。结果表明十八胺是通过物理吸附的方式包覆在硝酸铵表面,从而达到改变其表面性质、提高炸药爆炸性能的目的。
Aimed at the actually industrial conditions of small additive of surface active agent and solid mixture,the interaction mechanism between octadecylamine and AN has been studied by using SEM, XRD, XPS and IR. The results indicate that octadecylamine can coat the surface of AN particles through physical absorption and change the surface properties of AN, then the explosion performances of explosive are improved.
