摘要
介绍了结构型吸波复合材料的发展历程,重点阐述了国外热塑性混杂纱型、多层结构和夹芯型、耐高温型和智能型结构吸波复合材料的最新进展,表明结构型吸波复合材料是一种多功能复合材料,它既能作为承载结构件,具备复合材料轻质高强的特点,又能吸收电磁波,是当代吸波材料发展的主要方向。并结合结构型吸波复合材料的优化设计方法,指出了结构型吸波复合材料未来发展的方向。
The paper mainly introduces structural thermoplastic commingled yarns,in multiple and sandwich,high-temperature,and intelligent structural materials.The composition,design,and optimization of wave-absorbing structural materials were analyzed,and conclusions were drawn.It showed the structural microwave-absorbing composite materials are multi-functional composite materials,they can be formed into supporting structures,with the characteristic high strength and light weight of composite materials.They can also absorb or pass electromagnetic waves.These materials have become the principal development direction of structural radar absorbing materials(RAM).The development of structural radar-absorbing composite materials is comprehensively reviewed.Finally,the key to the future development of structural radar-absorbing composites is catalogued.
