摘要
本文简述了沃尔巴克菌(Wolbachia)在昆虫及螨类中的研究概况,对其形态及存在部位、对宿主的生殖调控作用、传播模式和基因的研究进行了综述。
In this paper,the researches on Wolbachia in insects and mites are reviewed,including morphological description,distribution,reproduction regulation on their host,the modes of transfer and the study and application of their genes.
