摘要
以4个不同浓度(10 mg.L-1、50 mg.L-1、100 mg.L-1、200 mg.L-1)的GA保鲜液对香石竹切花进行了瓶插试验。结果表明:3%蔗糖+200 mg.L-18-羟基喹啉+200 mg.L-1柠檬酸+10 mg.L-1GA配方能很好地维持切花水分平衡,使切花的瓶插寿命延长到13 d,比对照(蒸馏水)增加5d;最大花径是对照(蒸馏水)的1.22倍,比不加GA的增加1.12倍。
The base of cutting carnation was steeped in 10 mg·L-1、50 mg·L-1、100 mg·L-1、200 mg·L-1solution.the result showed that the best treatment solution was： 3%Su＋200 mg·L-18-HQS＋200 mg·L-1CA＋10 mg·L-1GA.water balance was well mainained.The vase life could prolong 13d than contrast with 5d.The max of flower diameter was 1.22 times with contrast.increaseed 1.12 times than without GA.
