摘要
超声波处理对菠菜种子萌发的影响因不同处理频率和时间而异。在处理时间1—8 min内, 频率5万H_z比2万H_z对种子发芽具有更好的促进效应,发芽率一般可比对照提高10%以上;对植株生长发育及产量影响以5万H_z8min处理效果最好,小区测产比对照增产26.4%,对植株叶片中过氧化物酶同工酶亦有一定影响,与对照比较,酶的谱带相对减少,活性降低。
The seeds of spinach was treated with the ultrasonic wave generator (CFS-80X type) in order to observe the effects on gemination growth and isoperoxidase of spinach in this experiment. The results show that the effects of ultrasonic wave on seed germination vary with the used frequcences and time intervals. In 1—8minuts, the average germinaination rate of the treated seeds by 50000Hz is 5.2% and 12.7% higher than that of the treatment by 20000Hz and CK respectively. Among them, 50000Hz treatment for 8 minut show the best effect on germination and plant growth, the germination rate and the yield of the fresh spinach in small test area are 16.5% and 26.4% higher than that of CK respectively.In the leaves of the plants from treated seeds with 50000Hz; the number of the zymogram bands are fewer as compared with CK.
