摘要
全球化的浪潮方兴未艾,政治市场的观念日渐成熟,作为政治市场重要组成要素的国家政治、民族文化和社会管理在全球范围涌动的资金带动下纷纷发生变化,并以新面目的出现来推动企业的政治活动向前发展.在全球化语境中行政立法的理论悖论不仅没有妨碍其实践进程,反而在现代国家的政治市场中发挥着越来越重要的作用,从行政立法的由来、困境和对策这三个方面来阐述行政立法的存在理由可以为我国行政立法的健康发展提供理论参考,为企业政治学的学科建设提供实践模式,最终更好地促进我国的社会主义现代化建设.
The wave of globalization is unavoidable and the concept of the political market is getting mature. As important components of the political market, the countryts politic, national culture and social management are driven by surging capital and push forward the development of corporations＇ political activities. In the globalization context, the theoryrs paradox of the executive legislation do not hinder the process of their practice, but rather play an increasingly important role in the modern state of the political market. From the three aspects of executive legislation＇s origins, dilemmas and responses we can set up our executive legislation to ensure a healthy development, to provide a theoretical reference and a practical model so as to promote China＇s socialist modernization development.
