摘要
以武汉市13个劳动密集型工业园为样本,对新生代农民工幸福感进行了问卷调查,分析了问卷调查统计结果,构建了新生代农民工幸福感影响因素的层次分析模型,并从薪酬福利、社会融入、工作和生活环境、人际关系、社会保障、劳动时间、自身发展等7个方面分析新生代农民工幸福感的影响因素.
Thirteen labor-intensive industrial parks in Wuhan city are taken as a sample to carry a questionnaire investigation into the well-being of the new generation farmer workers,the questionnaire statistical results are analyzed,a hierarchical analysis model of its influence factors is constructed,and the influence factors are analyzed in seven aspects,such as welfare,social assimilation,working and living environment,interpersonal relationship,social security,labor time and self-development.
