摘要
杠杆类手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症取得较好的临床疗效.着重综述了定位杠杆、长杠杆、短杠杆微调手法及反杠杆复位法等推拿手法治疗腰突症的临床研究成果,并通过腰椎间盘突出的生物力学原理的分析,进一步阐述杠杆类手法治疗腰突症的机理,以获得进一步的研究与临床应用.
