摘要
本文综合近年来国内外有关大豆皂苷的研究 ,从种类、结构、理化性质、提取分离以及生理活性、应用前景等几个方面对其现状进行了综述。
The research and development of soyasaponins at home and abroad in recent years are summed up in the following five aspects:sort structure,physical and chemical quality,extraction and isolation,physiological activities,application.
