摘要
目的：探讨解郁丸对高血压伴焦虑患者血压和生活质量的影响.方法：对122例高血压患者进行焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分,将评分阳性者随机分为治疗组（苯磺酸氨氯地平片＋解郁丸）及对照组（苯磺酸氨氯地平片）,评分阴性者为无焦虑组（苯磺酸氨氯地平片）.观察治疗6周后三组患者降压效果及生活质量评分.结果：治疗组、无焦虑组较对照组降压效果明显提高,治疗组SAS评分显著低于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组.结论：解郁丸治疗高血压伴焦虑患者能明显提高降压疗效,显著降低高血压患者焦虑的严重程度,提高生活质量.
Objective： To investigate the effect of Jieyu pill on blood pressure and life quality of hypertensive patients with anxiety. Methods： Rating the SAS on 122 patients with hypertension, positive patients was randomly divided ＇into treatment group （Amlodipine besylate tablets ＋ Jieyu pill） and control group （Amlodipine besylate tablets）, Rating the negative patients for not anxiety group （Amlodipine besylate tablets）. To observe the rating of antihypertensive effect and life quality of three groups after treatment 6 weeks. Results： The treatment group and not anxiety group is better than the control group, SAS rating in treatment group is less than the control, life quality rating is better than the control group. Congclusion： Jieyu pill on blood pressure and life quality of hypertensive patients with anxiety has a good effect.
