摘要
目的：探讨自拟桑白桃红饮对痰热型慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析我科2008年2月～2009年12月收治符合标准178例患者采用自拟桑白桃红饮治疗的临床资料并对比。结果：治疗组总有效率（92．13％）优于对照组（77．53％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），中性粒细胞数下降均数均优于对照组。结论：自拟的桑白桃红饮治疗痰热型慢支急性发作安全、有效，值得临床应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating type phlegm heat chronic bronchitis with Sangbai Taohong decoction. Methods： To compare the clinical data of treating 178 cases of patients with Sangbai Taohong decoction. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group is better than control group （77.53%）, the difference has statistic significance, the average decline in value of neutrophils is better than control groups. Conclusion： Treating type phlegm heat chronic bronchitis with Sangbai Taohong decoction is safe and effective.
