摘要
目的：评价贞芪扶正胶囊治疗斑秃的临床疗效.方法：将70例随机分为两组,对照组32例,外用米诺地尔酊,治疗组38例,加服贞芪扶正胶囊,两组共治疗30天.结果：治疗组总有效率为86.84%、对照组为62.5%（x2=4.35,P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义.结论：贞芪扶正胶囊治疗斑秃疗效肯定.
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect on treating alopecia areata with Zhenqi Fuzheng capsules. Methods： 70 patients were divided into two groups. 32 patients （32 cases） in the control group were given smearing tinctura minuodier and 38 patients in the treated group were given eating Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule added tinctura minuodier for 30 days. Results： The total effective rate were 86.84% in treated group and 62.5% in control group （x2=4.35, P〈0.05）. A significant difference can be seen both in total effective rate between the two groups. Conclusion： The effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule for the treatment of alopecia areata is sure.
