摘要
目的：观察散偏汤治疗偏头痛的疗效,方法：将58例符合偏头痛诊断的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组予口服散偏汤治疗,对照组予口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,两组病例均以30d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效.结果：治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为57.14%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：散偏汤治疗偏头痛疗效显著.
Objective： To observe effects of treating migraine with Sanpian decoction. Methods： To choose 58 patients with migraine randomly divede into the treatment group were 30 cases and the control group were 28 cases, taking Sanpian decoction in treatment group, taking ibuprofen sustained release capsules in control group, two were treated for 30d, observe effects after a course of treatment. Conclusion： The total efficiency for 90% in treatment group, in control group the total efficiency for 57.14%, by statistically analyzing both data, has a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating migraine with Sanpian decoction has a good effect.
