摘要
目的运用系统评价的方法探讨针刺联合刺络放血疗法治疗偏头痛的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据知识服务平台,检索建库至2022年2月针刺联合刺络放血疗法治疗偏头痛的临床随机对照试验(RCT)。按照纳排标准对检索出的文献进行筛选并评价研究质量。采用RevMan 5.4软件进行统计学分析。结果共纳入相关文献20篇。Meta分析结果显示,20项研究治疗组的总有效率OR合并=4.02,其95%CI=(2.75,5.87),合并效应量的检验Z=7.22,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。森林图菱形位于无效线右侧,说明试验组的总有效率高于对照组。结论针刺联合刺络放血疗法相较于单一针刺或药物治疗偏头痛具有优势,由于纳入文献总体质量不高,尚需更多大样本、高质量的随机对照试验对结果加以验证。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of migraine by using a systematic evaluation method. Methods A computerized search of full-text was performed in databases of CNKI journals, Chinese biomedical literature,VIP Chinese Sci-tech Journals, and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform. We searched the relevant literature from the establishment of the database to February 2022 and collected the randomized controlled trials of acupuncture combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of migraine. The literature was screened according to the proposed standards and evaluated the quality of the research by Jadad’s scoring method. These researches will be systematically analyzed by Revman 5.4 software. Results A total of 20 relevant literatures were included. Metaanalysis results showed that the overall effective rate OR was 4.02,(95% CI = 2.75, 5.87), and the combined effect size Z was 7.22(P < 0.00001) The diamond of the forest plot was located to the right of the null line, indicating that the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy has advantages over single acupuncture or drugs in the treatment of migraine. Because the overall quality of the included literature is not high, more high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to verify the results.
