摘要
针对转炉余热锅炉辐射室受热面爆管频繁问题,分析水冷壁结构设计中存在的不足,提出改造方案,对人孔门及手孔门等部位进行优化设计,改造效果良好。
Solutions are given and practiced with satisfied results for problems of pipe bursting which frequently happen in the heating surface of radiating chamber of waste heat boiler of converter.The solutions analyze the disadvantage of the structural design for water cooling wall and optimize the design for structures such as manhole door,hand hole door,etc.
