摘要
通过宏观检查与显微组织分析,分析了某电厂1021t/h锅炉运行不足1年低温过热器爆管泄漏产生的原因,认为人孔门保温不严,造成人孔门附近管排局部发生严重飞灰磨损,是导致低温再热器爆管的主要原因,对此,提出了相应的处理措施。
Through macroscopic examination and microstructure analysis, the causes leading to tube- burst in low -temperature reheater of a 1021 t/h boiler during operation in a period less than one year have been analysed, and disposal measures being put foreard. Result of analysis shows that the main cause resulting in tube- burst of low- temperature reheater is as follows: the thermal insulation of manhole gate is not perfect, making the tube - row near the manhole gate to suffer locally serious fly ash wornout.
