摘要 在对石墨机加工车间产尘源进行测量和分析的基础上,提出抑制粉尘源扩散和粉尘集中处理的粉尘治理方法,并自行设计了湿式除尘器和整套除尘系统。运行显示:系统除尘效率高达98%~99%,生产车间粉尘浓度降低为1.0~1.8mg/m3,排气口粉尘浓度低于1.1mg/m3,除尘器压力损失650Pa,生产单件产品耗电量降低约36%,年节约水量约11000t,大大降低了产品的生产成本,缓解了厂区的环境压力,为高粉尘加工行业粉尘治理提供了借鉴。 On the basis of the measurement and analysis of the dust fountain of graphit-produce workshop,an effectual method in restraining dust from pervading and concentrated treated dust is put forward,with a sort of wet dust collector and a suit of dust removing system designed by ourselves. Application has indicated that the dust collection efficiency of this dust removing system reaches 98%-99% and pressure loss is 650 Pa only. The dust concentration of the workplace reduced to 1.0-1.8 mg/m3 and the dust content of discharged gas is 1.1mg/m3. The power consumption for one manufacture had been reduced by about 36%,and about 11 000 t water would be saved per year,which would much reduced the producing cost and environment pressure. It helps to provide reference for the dust removing of high dust industry.
