摘要 采用共沉淀法,以Na2CO3为沉淀剂,制备了一系列Mn和Cu掺杂的锌基脱硫剂。以脱硫剂的硫容为评价指标,通过正交试验,考察了Zn2+、Mn2+和Cu2+的物质的量配比和煅烧温度对脱硫剂脱硫效果的影响。脱硫剂的硫容通过库仑滴定法进行测定,并用XRD技术对脱硫剂进行表征。结果表明:Zn2+、Mn2+和Cu2+的不同物质的量配比对脱硫剂的脱硫效果有很大影响,Zn2+、Mn2+和Cu2+的物质的量配比为66.84∶26.74∶6.42,焙烧温度为450℃时,脱硫剂的硫容最大,脱硫效果最好;XRD结果表明,Mn和Cu掺杂的脱硫剂中存在2种物相:复合氧化物Mn1.8Cu1.2O4和ZnO。 A series of zinc based desulfurizing agents doped with Mn and Cu have been prepared by coprecipitation with Na2CO3 as precipitant. The effects of the ratio (amount of substance) of Zn2+,Mn2+ and Cu2+ and calcinations temperature on desulfurization were tested by orthogonal experiment Using desulfurization effect of the desulfurizer as evaluation index. Sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer was tested by coulometric titration,and the desulfurizer was characterized by XRD. The results showed that,the different ratios (amount of substance) of Zn2+,Mn2+ and Cu2+ have a great effect on the desulphurization effects. The best sulfur capacity and the desulfurization effect could reached under the conditions of the ratio (amount of substance) of Zn2+,Mn2+ and Cu2+ 66.84∶26.74∶6.42 and calcination temperature 450 ℃. The XRD result showed that there were two main chemical phases in the desulfurizer doped with Mn and Cu which were composite oxide Mn1.8Cu1.2O4 and ZnO.
